Division 27 Profile

Elixir Industries is the nation's largest independent supplier to both the factory built

housing and recreational vehicle industries, with fifteen operating divisions throughout the United States.

Elixir Division 27, is one of two aluminum extrusion divisions supplying the construction, transportation, machinery and equipment, electrical, consumer durables, and recreational markets with linear and fabricated components.

A complete manufacturer's supplier, Elixir Division 27 fabricates to individual customer specifications. Machining, assembly, and finishing service centers and manufacturing facilities offer short lead times and prompt delivery. Fully integrated coast-to-coast operations provide the optimum supply channel to customers.

Since the company's founding in 1948, Elixir Industries product line has been expanded to an impressive list including, in part: aluminum extrusions, metal roofing and siding, entrance and utility doors, roof vents and domes, frame parts, putty tape, sealants, travel trim and thermalformed products, and a variety of plastic components. With a seasoned management team leading 1300 employees among production / warehouse and administration support units, Elixir moves with strength, experience and confidence toward the next millennium.

ISO-9000 Registered
Effective October 8, 1999, Elixir Industries, Extrusion Division was awarded the ISO-

9000 Certificate of Registration for its Quality Management System. In June, 2002, our Quality System was upgraded to ISO 9001:2000. This marks the culmination of the effort begun in July, 1998 with the expressed goal of achieving Registration.

The Registration scheme is designed to provide confidence from our customer's perspective in our ability to provide products and services that meet their needs and expectations.
